We stayed for a very long time in a rustic antique style apartment, with garden, functional VERY cool. a very pleasant dive into childhood, simplicity and the true sense of vacation, peace and tranquility.
Staff always at work, competent and very courteous, helpful and amiable.
There is an air of home freedom in compliance with the rules and respect commonplaces.
Happy to have known this village in the heart of Lignano.

Good value for the price for the family vacations: close to the beach but far from noisy central streets, some basic infrastructure nearby, large territory with several playgrounds, each bungalow is equipped with the fireplace for barbecue... Bungalows are a bit dated, but equipped more or less ok. But there are certain flaws too: no room cleaning (towels exchange once a week) - not that great, wifi requires re-login very often which makes things like online calls quite unpredictable...
You can definitely find better value for the price in Lignano, particularly closer to the beach. Reception not friendly, "animation" practically nonexistent. Rooms are old, wifi really bad.
Adequate. I am always happy when there is a clean private bathroom and a kettle. Easy access to the beach and many restaurants. Aircon and tv in the room. Large pool in the complex. I am happy.
great for families with younger kids (< 12yrs), easy going, short walking distance to the beach, some distance to the actual shopping zone - Bottom line: great as every year !
It was back to 20th century. Apartment was very old and only 10m max from main street. Cannot sleep with open window
I just stayed for one night and everything was good except for lack of wall outlets. I think there were a total of 3.
Good place for spending your Holiday. Many many facilities. Great for families.
